The intervention activates a paved terrace in downtown Porto through an arrangement of shrub planters that form layered "green curtains." Featuring small shrubs and herbaceous, these living structures create privacy while regulating temperature - replacing hard surfaces with a cooling microclimate of foliage that filters sunlight and softens urban noise.

The planters feature new adding fragrance and sensory interest, also vertically in the form of climbing plants. The living curtain becomes a dynamic element - changing with the seasons, attracting pollinators, and even serving as a sensory garden for children to explore textures and scents.
